The model: you operate, you rebill
This is not license reselling. You become the operator and supervision partner for your clients' buildings.
- You supervise — you onboard your clients' buildings onto Mneme: sensors, alarms, maintenance, all from a single multi-building account.
- You deliver a portal — each client gets a portal in your colors (logo, palette, subdomain) to track their buildings, alerts and work orders.
- You rebill — you bill supervision and the portal to your clients, at the price and format you choose. It's recurring, and you keep the relationship.
Mneme stays your platform provider. The commercial model toward the end client is yours.

The client portal exists and is customizable today: name, logo, colors, font, welcome message and access via a dedicated subdomain. Your clients track their buildings, KPIs, alerts and tickets there.
